Hi Ebony, gluten free baking isn’t something I’ve spent much time on so my knowledge is a bit limited. You could try adding a bit of xanthan gum to your gluten free flour, and if the batter seems a bit dry, you could add more yogurt. I hope it works out for you!

Oh yes!!!! Can you get Mackies in London? Not sure if it’s just a Scottish thing, but it’s the ideal ice cream for this. A Barry family special ☺️❤️
